At Squire Coaching, we’re dedicated to empowering NDIS participants to live stronger, healthier, and more independent lives through personalised health & fitness support.
Whether you’re working toward mobility goals, building strength, or simply boosting your confidence through movement, we’re here to support you every step of the way. With our individualised personal training sessions we will guide you every step of the way.
We are always looking to establish relationships with Support Coordinators, Plan Managers, and Providers who are passionate about helping their participants thrive.

During the consultation we will talk about your individualised 1:1 Personal Training session. What NDIS goals you have, best practices with working along side your plan, pricing, how we will cater for your needs, as well as how we can best "support you through movement".
Our services
Mobile NDIS Personal Training Session
$109
Individualised 60 minute 1:1 Personal Training sessions for NDIS participants. These funded sessions will come out of your plan. We can work out of a private space, a park or even your own home. Removing any barriers making fitness truely individual & accessible for all. Your program will also include an “at home” delivery allowing you to do the workouts in your own time. Kilometres will also be charged as per NDIS guidelines.
NDIS GYM Personal Training Session
$99
Individualised 60 minute 1:1 Personal Training sessions for NDIS participants. These funded sessions will come out of your plan. We can work out of a designated gym where the participant will travel to the provider for the 1:1 session. Your program will also include an “at home” delivery allowing you to do the workouts in your own time.
Personal Training Sessions (non-funded)
$89
Individualised 60 minute 1:1 Personal Training Either at the gym or your own preferred location. Your program will also include an “at home” delivery allowing you to do the workouts in your own time.

As Billy's got autism, ADHD, and anxiety, we've seen Henry build trust and relationship with Billy. I think with the long-term approach that Henry has, it's affected his everyday life, building his confidence in a social setting, building his confidence in going somewhere new, and also helping his self-esteem and believing that he can do hard things and seeing the positive results from that. I was also just talking to his OT about your sessions and how much the boys are enjoying them. He is going through many physical changes at the moment so the strength training he is doing with you is very beneficial.

Henry has been adaptable and brought equipment here for Billy when he's been unable to leave the home. He's also adapted the intensity, whether he thinks Billy can do more or less. He's non-judgmental and he adapts to Billy's anxiety. He also offers support for the family as a whole and advice in regards to nutrition, exercise, and support, which is very inclusive

I have lost around 30 kilos since late 2023, and not classified as obese anymore. I'm starting to tone up and gradually build some muscle with the balance of strength training and cardio. Increased positive thinking and not avoiding the gym. Have been able to exercise in public which has improved my self-esteem.
